This Privacy Policy applies to Hady mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application" or "Hady-Voice Chat Room"), which is created and operated by CONTROLINK LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free-to-use service. By downloading, installing, or using Hady-Chat Room, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this policy. This service is intended to be used "as is", and we reserve the right to update this policy from time to time as outlined in the "Changes to This Privacy Policy" section below.

Information Collection and Use

We collect certain information about your device and the account registered with Hady-Voice Chat Room, and transmit some of this information to our servers in an anonymous, encrypted format to ensure data security and integrity. We only collect information that is necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the functionality of Hady-Voice Chat Room, and we will never collect or use your information for purposes not disclosed in this policy without your explicit consent.

The Application collects information when you download, install, and use it. This information may include the following categories:

Device Information: This includes device manufacturer, device model, device operating system version, sensor data (e.g., gyroscope), Android system OAID (advertising identifier), Android ID, and UAID (provided by mobile network operators to identify tampering behavior at the network signaling layer, in compliance with the UAID Service Agreement). In the online ecosystem, fake devices modified through protocol decoding are a common form of fraudulent activity. These compromised devices lack complete device information and valid identification codes; after desensitization and encryption, this data helps us identify and prevent device fraud, cheating, virtual machine usage, simulator activity, and device flashing. Additionally, this information assists with internal data deduplication and multi-dimensional data analytics to enhance service quality and security.

Interaction Information: This includes your interactions with Hady-Voice Chat Room (e.g., features used, messages sent/received, in-app actions), login and registration information (e.g., username, email address associated with your account, profile details), the date and time of your visits to the Application, the duration of your sessions, and time spent on specific pages or features within Hady-Voice Chat Room.

Location Information: The Application does not collect precise geolocation data about your mobile device (e.g., GPS coordinates, Wi-Fi-based location). We will never request or access your location information unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature that requires it, and even then, location data will only be used for the stated purpose and will not be stored or shared without your consent.

Voluntary Information: You may choose to provide additional information to enhance your use of Hady-Voice Chat Room, such as profile photos, contact preferences, or feedback. This information is entirely voluntary, and you may update or remove it at any time through your account settings (where applicable).

Third-Party Access

Hady-Voice Chat Room integrates with select third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to enhance functionality (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, or optional features). Your data may be periodically transmitted to these third-party servers in an anonymous format to help service providers improve app performance and user experience. We carefully vet all third-party partners to ensure they adhere to industry-standard data protection practices and comply with applicable data privacy laws.

Please note that third-party services used by Hady-Voice Chat Room have their own independent data processing policies and terms of service, and we are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you to deliver important service updates, critical notifications (e.g., account security alerts), or optional marketing communications. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such messages or updating your account preferences.

To provide a better user experience, the Service Provider may request personally identifiable information (PII) (e.g., email address, phone number) when you use certain features of Hady-Voice Chat Room. Any information requested will be retained by the Service Provider and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

Stop Collection and Delete Data

You can stop all collection of information by Hady-Voice Chat Room at any time by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device (e.g., through the device settings, app marketplace, or mobile network provider). Uninstalling Hady-Voice Chat Room will immediately cease all data collection by the Application, though we may retain anonymized data for analytics or compliance purposes (as outlined below).

Account Deletion: If you do not log in to Hady-Voice Chat Room for a continuous period of 90 days, we will automatically delete your account and all associated personal data from our active servers. You may also request to delete your account proactively at any time. To initiate account deletion, please take a screenshot of your in-app user ID and profile page, and send an email to appsupport@hadychat.online with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Upon receiving and verifying your request (to ensure the request is legitimate and initiated by the account holder), we will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days, and will not retain any of your personal data after deletion. Please note that anonymized, non-identifiable data (e.g., aggregated usage statistics) may be retained for analytics, research, or compliance with legal obligations, but this data will not be linked to your identity.

Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services you request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once the purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled (or if retention is no longer required by law), we will securely delete or anonymize the data.

Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy and legitimate rights of minors is a top priority for Hady-Voice Chat Room. We recommend that individuals under the age of 18 use Hady-Voice Chat Room only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not intentionally collect, use, or retain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. We will never use information about minors or disclose such information to third parties without the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take immediate and appropriate measures to delete that information from our servers and systems.

We will respond to your request promptly and assist with removing the relevant data.

Report and Block

To maintain Hady-Voice Chat Room as a safe, trustworthy, and respectful platform, we adhere to applicable laws and application marketplace requirements for user-generated content (UGC). We have established clear standards defining harmful or inappropriate content, and outline procedures for reporting and prohibiting such content. By uploading, creating, or sharing content on Hady-Voice Chat Room, you agree to comply with these standards and our Terms of Use.

Reporting and Blocking System

Hady-Voice Chat Room provides an easy-to-use reporting system within the in-app Chat feature to allow users to report inappropriate or harmful content. We also offer a blocking system that enables you to proactively block offensive content or users to enhance your experience on the platform.

Upon receiving a user report, our moderation team will review the reported content or user behavior as soon as reasonably possible (typically within 24-48 hours). We reserve the right to delete inappropriate content, suspend, or permanently block users who violate Hady-Voice Chat Room's Terms of Use and/or this Privacy Policy, without prior notice. Such actions are not considered malicious or arbitrary disposal of user information, but rather necessary measures to maintain a safe and respectful community for all users.

Prohibited Content

The creation, upload, or dissemination of the following content is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or prohibited on Hady-Voice Chat Room. Users may proactively block such content, and upon receiving a valid report, we will verify the content and take appropriate action (e.g., delete the content, block the creator/transmitter):

Pornography and Profanity: We prohibit the inclusion, promotion, or distribution of pornographic, sexually explicit, or profane content. This includes content containing sexual material, any content or service designed to provide sexual gratification, and depictions of sexual acts or performances that are violent, life-threatening, or sexually explicit. We strictly prohibit the display of sexual characteristics of sensitive body parts (e.g., touching sensitive areas, showing female breasts, male/female buttocks, inner thighs) in any form, as well as the use or promotion of any sexually explicit content.

Hate Speech and National Security: We do not allow content that promotes violence against individuals or groups, incites systematic discrimination, or fosters hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. Additionally, we prohibit content that directly relates to national security, defense security, or that violates national laws or regulations related to sovereignty, security, or public order.

Violence: We prohibit the depiction, promotion, or facilitation of gratuitous violence, dangerous activities, or terrorism-related content. This includes content that promotes terrorist acts, incites violence, celebrates terrorist attacks, or glorifies violent behavior. If you post content related to terrorism for educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic purposes, you must provide sufficient context to ensure users understand the purpose of the content and that it is not intended to promote violence or terrorism.

Sensitive Events: We prohibit content that exploits or inappropriately capitalizes on natural disasters, atrocities, health crises, conflicts, deaths, or other tragic events to arouse unwarranted sympathy, spread misinformation, or incite panic. We also strictly prohibit the dissemination of terrorism, extremism, incitement to war, infringement of religious freedom, or provocative content that may disrupt public order or harm national interests.

Bullying and Harassment: We prohibit content that contains or promotes threats, harassment, bullying, invasion of privacy, endangerment of personal safety, harm to public interests, infringement of others' rights, or animal abuse. This includes targeted harassment, doxxing (publication of personal information), or any behavior that endangers the physical or emotional well-being of others.

Gambling: We prohibit the posting, promotion, or facilitation of gambling content, including live streaming of gambling activities, incitement to gamble, or the sharing of gambling-related services or platforms.

Dangerous Goods and Non-Compliant Content: We prohibit the posting of content related to illegal goods (e.g., firearms, ammunition, alcohol, marijuana, controlled substances) that are illegal in your country of residence. We also prohibit content that violates local laws and regulations in the country where you are using Hady-Voice Chat Room, even if such content is legal in other jurisdictions.

Content Involving Minors Under 14: Hady-Voice Chat Room is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 14, as the platform may contain content that is not suitable for young children. We strictly prohibit content that promotes pedophilia, inappropriate interactions with minors (e.g., groping, caressing), or the exploitation of children in any form.

Harm to Platform Interests: Any behavior that damages the interests of Hady-Voice Chat Room or its users is deemed inappropriate, including impersonating platform staff to deceive users, engaging in fraud, manipulating the platform's features, or violating the trust of the Hady-Voice Chat Room community.

Data Security

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (e.g., SSL/TLS) and at rest, access controls to limit employee access to personal data (on a "need-to-know" basis), and regular security audits and updates to our systems.
